A Legacy 70 Years in the Making

The story of Kszepka Insurance Agency began humbly, with a single policy sold by Joseph A. Kszepka to a friend—right from his mother’s dining room table. That very same table, still in its original location, has been preserved and now serves as our conference table—a daily reminder of where we came from and the values we stand for.

From those modest beginnings, Joseph built an agency on the principles of integrity, hard work, and personal service. For nearly 70 years, those values have guided every decision we’ve made and every client we’ve served, allowing us to grow into one of the community’s most trusted, family-owned insurance agencies.

In 1984, Joseph’s son, Paul Kszepka, joined the family business the day after graduating from the University of Hartford with a degree in business and insurance. Today, as the agency’s owner, Paul continues to carry forward the vision and standards instilled by his father.

For nearly 70 years, Kszepka Insurance Agency has been more than a business—it has been a trusted neighbor, an advocate, and a partner to families and businesses across the community. At the heart of that legacy is Paul Kszepka, whose leadership has carried forward the values on which the agency was built: service, trust, and integrity.

Paul’s record of community and business leadership is both distinguished and enduring. Within Rotary International, he has served as President, been honored as Rotarian of the Year, and is the recipient of multiple Paul Harris Fellowships. His dedication extends beyond Rotary: for more than a decade, he has served as Secretary/Treasurer of the local Chamber of Commerce, and for 15 years, he has guided the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Hampden County as Treasurer. Add to this numerous trustee and board appointments, and Paul’s impact on local civic and business life is unmistakable.

But Paul’s leadership is defined by more than titles—it is defined by advocacy. He has been a steadfast champion for local families, small businesses, and community organizations, ensuring their voices are heard and their interests protected. His commitment reflects the very spirit of the Kszepka Insurance Agency: neighbors helping neighbors, generation after generation.

As the agency marks its 70th anniversary, Paul stands as both a guardian of its proud history and a driver of its future, continuing the mission to serve with excellence while inspiring the next generation to carry the legacy forward.
