A Bit About The Agency
The agency was established by Joseph A Kszepka who started from "scratch" by selling one policy to a friend. "My father operated his business on my grandmother's dining room table," said Paul Kszepka. The agency still uses the dining room table in its original location where Joseph sold that first policy. The table is now the agency's conference table. Throughout the past 60+ years the agency has remained a family owned and operated business.
Paul Kszepka, the agency's current owner, joined the family business in 1984, the day following graduation from the University of Hartford, where he earned a degree in business and insurance.

From his involvement in Rotary International serving as President, being named Rotarian of the Year and having the honor of multiple Paul Harris Fellowships to his decade plus role as secretary/treasurer of the local Chamber of Commerce to his fifteen year role as treasurer of the The Independent Insurance Agents Association of Hampden County along with other trustee and local board positions; Paul has proved himself to be a friend and advocate for local community & business interests.
